Today people are becoming more conscious about their own individual health, and are more in tune on a local and global level (caring for planetary sustainability). Yoga is not simply a physical and individualistic practice. It is a Body/Mind/Spiritual practise encompassing the connection of the microcosm and the Planet. While we move and take in new oxygen and let out carbon dioxide we are healing our bodies, and the Planet too.
