The practitioner moves around the body gently stretching and balancing the energy in the body, incorporating the five elements of Oriental Medicine. Sessions can calm the mind and relax the body--lowering stress, alleviating stiffness in the body, and improving circulation. Want to get out on the road but not motivated to or feel uncomfortable cycling on your own? Have someone join you for an hour ride. Help with loading bike onto a car when needed. Bike must be serviced prior to hiring a cycling buddy. The more you get out and breath the fresh air, the less you'll feel stressed.
Guided Hikes in beautiful Lower Hudson River area. Learn to Meditate, healthy posture, and breath fresh forest air. During warm periods of the year, hike, swim, and meditate. Transportation can be arranged if needed.
